Rules & Regulations

Arrival

It is important that all children arrive no later than 8:30am so as not to miss Circle Time

Medication

Any medication to be given to a child should be stated clearly in a note and given to your child's nurse. All medication will be stored in a locked box and refrigerated, as needed.

Celebrations

Please inform us one week ahead if you are planning to have a birthday party for your child, in order to make necessary arrangements.

Adaptation

We know that the first two weeks are very hard on both child and parent. Please do not hesitate to call anytime during the day to ask about your child.

Authorized Pick up

The nursery will release a child only to an adult whose name is listed on the Pick-Up Authorization Form.

Dress Code

All clothing must be child manageable, respecting the child's quest for independence. We ask you please to send your child in easy comfortable attire. Velcro shoes are encouraged. Jewelry is not appreciated. Kindly label all clothing with your child's name.

Volunteer

Parents' occasional involvement is welcomed. Please let us know if you are interested.

Illness

Kindly keep your child at home if any of these symptoms are present: fever, diarrhea, vomiting, runny nose, unexplained rashes or just not feeling well. If your child shows any of the above symptoms, he/she will be isolated and you will be contacted to pick him/her up.

Aprons

For your convenience, we will supply you with two aprons bearing your child's name

Departure

We thank you in advance for picking up your child by 4:00 pm thus respecting the closing hours of the nursery.
